Behind the lounge and beside the stairway is a double bed and ensuite.
Upstairs on the mezzanine floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and spa bath and another television, 2 single beds and a queen bed where you can lie and indulge in the beautiful landscape through French doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the lake.

The studio unit kitchenette facilities include hot plates, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, toast making facilities. The bathroom has both a shower and spa bath.
The upstairs studios can be seen above the swimming pool area and have some lake views of Kaiwaka Point Bay.
